In this new hardcover book, I have revisited the story of the little lost star child, to produce a beautiful and eminently readable book for young children. It has come from a new team of helpers, some new layouts, some new illustrations and definitely, a continuing glowing inspiration to get the book manifested in the way I always wanted it to be.

On Thursday, July 25 the author will be reading from Little Star Lost at the Nakusp Public Library from 1:00 to 2:00 pm. There will be a great craft for children, and also books for sale. I hope to see you there!
Lila Strand will hold a reading at the Nakusp Library, July 6, 2015 at 7:00 pm. It will be a bedtime, pyjama reading. Children may come in their pyjamas and bring their favourite stuffy or doll. Come and enjoy the story, a few songs about stars, and a simple craft. This delightful event will be aimed at children aged about 3 to 7.
